The room was bright and clean with fabulous beds. Enjoyed the delicious hot breakfast, especially the pancakes. Friendly staff contributed to a memorable stay.

Convenience meets comfort

The hotel is centrally located near restaurants and grocery stores, making it easy to explore Campbell River. The clean rooms offered a lovely view of the water.

While my stay was pleasant, the lack of air-conditioning was a drawback, and the breakfast options could use improvement for a better experience.

the hotel is centrally located in downtown. the hot tub was amazin after my long drive. staff were super friendly and really made it feel welcome. the room was clean and had everything i needed. parking was also easy which was a plus.

the air conditioning didn't work so it got a bit warm at night. also, the bathroom was kinda cramped and had to maneuver around to shut the door.

Thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view from my clean, spacious room featuring two queen beds. The breakfast buffet stood out with a variety of hot foods, and the friendly hostess made the mornings pleasant. It's an excellent spot, just a short walk from local attractions and restaurants. the lack of air conditioning made my stay uncomfortable during the heat. A Dyson fan wasn't enough to cool down the room, and I wish there had been a microwave for late-night snacks. the location and service were great but the temperature issue needs to be addressed.
